This notice explains how Tick9 Ltd (“Tick9”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use foundations.construction. Tick9 Ltd is the data controller, registered in England & Wales, company no. 09874603.
What we collect
- Demo bookings. When you book a demo through the scheduler on this site, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your business and requirements. The scheduler is provided by HubSpot and the information is stored in our HubSpot CRM.
- Email enquiries. If you email us, we hold your email address and the contents of your message.
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless service. It collects aggregate usage data only (pages viewed, referrer, device type) and does not use cookies or collect personal data or IP addresses in a form that can identify you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange and follow up a product demonstration.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries you initiate) or, where applicable, your consent. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
- HubSpot (CRM and meeting scheduling)
- Plausible Analytics (aggregate, cookieless analytics)
- Vercel (website hosting)
Retention
We keep enquiry and CRM records for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tick9.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
